Nail of the Day: Essie's Mezmerised

Long time no blog! I'm sorry I haven't been very active on here, but since it's summer and I've got all the boring stuff out of the way, I've taken it upon myself to take it easy. These pictures are actually quite old, but this nail polish is so gorgeous I just had to share it with you guys!

I absolutely fell in love with Mezmerised when I first saw it in Shoppers a while back. It's such a rich royal blue and it actually reminds me of blue creamsicles! This polish is also extremely opaque, and while I could have gotten away with one coat I did two out of habit.

As you can see in the photo above, it can look very dark in some lights and almost comes across as a navy blue. Just something to take into consideration if that bothers you!

Though it's not a word I use in everyday conversation, I thought it was spelled 'mesmerized'? Or is this just another US/UK grammar battle that us canadians are stuck in?
